Privacy Policy
Contact information we collect from our customers is used solely to send orders and information about our company to our customers or, to contact them when necessary. Financial information that is collected by fax, online, or over the phone is used solely to bill or receive payment from the customer for products and services.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise share any information we receive from a customer with any other company, entity, or third party, with the exception of companies specifically used by Truth & Words LLC to receive payment and process orders.
Security
The security, protection, and privacy of our customers' information is of the utmost importance. Therefore, we use Pay pal to handle all of our credit card transactions. Customers are protected by SSL-Secure Sockets Layer 3.0 or higher that contains a True 128 bit SSL Encryption. We also process phone, fax, or e-mail orders through Authorize.net. Also, a safe, secure, and encrypted site.
Shipping Information
All orders are shipped USPS standard mail, within 72 hours of order received, with the exception of stock availability our vendor transactions.
At our discretion, product may be shipped either USPS or UPS standard or expedited.
Payment Methods
All prices are in U.S. dollars.
Credit Cards we accept are Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
We will also accept a cashiers check, or money order if you prepay your order.

Orders totaling over $100.00 please contact dgruen@truthandwords.com or call us at 1-559-772-8357 to make payment arrangements.
Title to goods purchased is retained by the seller until goods are paid for by puchaser. At that time tiltle passes to purchaser.
Accounts
Vendor/Wholesaler
After initial first order vendors may apply and set up an account with us that will allow payment within 30 days from time of invoice. Invoices will be included in the delivery if billing and shipping addresses are the same. We can mail invoices upon request. Terms: Net 30 days from date of invoice. If account is not paid-in-full within 30 days, a 10% late fee will be added immediately, and every 30 days until account is paid-in-full.
Truth & Words LLC reserves the right to cancel any account for any reason without prior written notice.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged on all orders. Regulation 1628
In California, taxes must be charged according to the State Board tax schedule by our county, Kings County at 8.25%, until we have your signed resale card in our files.

How to Return an Item
Please call our customer service department at 1-559-772-8357.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement of shipments. All we request is notification upon receipt of goods within 36 hours of receiving your order.
